Please read the following document in addition to your pre-contract information. You should consider the information given in all documents before signing your finance agreement.

Who Are We?

Curran Motor Company.  Our registered address is 17 Junction Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2BH.

What can we do to help you finance your purchase?

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit brokerage.  Our FCA number is 659235.

We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase.  We are only able to offer finance products from these providers. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. 

We will not charge you any fee for our service.
If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.

Can we give you independent advice?

No, we are not independent financial advisors and are unable to give you independent financial advice.

What can you do if you wish to complain about our services?

You may have the right to refer any unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
